 Rosie's snackbar is a fully mobile hospitality service, after a few upgrades on our 1960's Chevy Apache, and 90's horse trailer we will be serving up sweets, made to order pizzas, Italian sodas, coffee, and on special occasions Tequila. All of our items are small batch, and original recipes. Sourcing the finest quality ingredients for our products, we are proud to utilitize the following.

We legally cannot provide alcohol under liquor licensing laws. We are happy to help determine quantities and all recommendations to make this process go as smooth as possible, but purchasing the alcohol is the hosts responsibility. 

 Yes, we are covered by both liquor liability and general liability insurance.
